Tea is widely known as an effective health supplement to ensure a high quality of life. It fights off some ailments better than others, but scientific research must always be done in order to be sure of what something is capable of. In a study that was published earlier this year, it was found that daily tea consumption reduced the risk of HNC (Head and Neck Cancer). People that drank tea daily, roughly five cups a day, were much less likely to develop HNC. One of the most promising results was the reduction of Pharyngeal cancer risk, which is a type of throat cancer.
In addition to that, regularly drinking tea seemed to lower the risks obtained from regular alcohol consumption.
We don’t know all the improvements that tea makes on our lives, but careful study is slowly showing us just how much this beverage benefits us.
